Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software, are non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with specific return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

Refund Conditions

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange a defective or damaged item. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
